2010- BIRTH OF SAVE MAX REAL ESTATE
One day, while working as a successful realtor, Raman Dua realized the need of a Real Estate brokerage that provides good services at a reasonable commission to the clients so that they can save their hard earned dollars. With that concept in mind, Mr. Dua developed a very effective business model and pioneered the new concept of Real Estate industry in GTA (List your House for $999*). In 2010, Raman Dua launched his own brand Save Max Real Estate Inc. and designed a unique team concept of realtors for the the clients to get the best services at an affordable commission.
2011 - SAVE MAX OFFICIALLY OPENS!
Bought the Kennedy Plaza at Kennedy & Clarence and expanded into a full-fledged brokerage by opening Save Max's first office in Brampton at the main Intersection of Queen/Kennedy.
2012 - ALL AHEAD AND WINNING
Completed and celebrated $100 Million Sales Volume with just 10 agents in the team.
2014 - AWARD WINNING BROKERAGE
Awarded the "Best Real Estate Agent" & "Best Real Estate Office" Award from the Brampton Guardian Readers in the 2014 Readers Choice Awards.
Later on in the year, Save Max participated in the Brampton Santa Claus Parade for the first time and won the #1 Fan Favorite Award for the Save Max Float.
MAY 2015 - WE BELIEVE IN MAKING EVERYONE HAPPY
Raman Dua, CEO Save Max Real Estate has been actively involved in Social activities and community events since the beginning. Therefore to increase his involvement, he created his own non-profitable charitable organization “Krish Hope Foundation” named after his then newborn son in August 2014 in the 6th Annual Customer Appreciation Event.
The organization helps and funds the under-privileged kids to participate and excel in recreational activities.
NOVEMBER 2015 - SAVE MAX TAKES OVER MISSISSAUGA
With increasing number of clients, we needed to grow. From two people working from home, we doubled Office Space and opened another branch in Mississauga at the main intersection of Mississauga Rd & 401.
This 6,000-sq.ft location in one of the best locations of Mississauga opened up to cater the increasing needs of clients in Mississauga. In a short span of time, Save Max has become a household choice for everybody’s Real Estate needs successfully operating from its two state-of-the-art offices in Brampton & Mississauga.
2016 - SAVE MAX MASCOT SAYS HELLO ALONG WITH THE NEW DEVELOPMENT TEAM!
Once we opened our new office in Mississauga and applied new strategies, things started to snowball. Our customer service and team structure became our main strength and helped us reach #1 position in Brampton.
We introduced Save Max New Developments Team to provide preconstruction investments services and launched company Mascot in the 7th annual customer appreciation event in 2016.
NOVEMBER 2016 - BRAMPTON LOVES US
Once again, won Platinum Award In Best Real Estate Agent & Gold Award In Best Real Estate Office Category by Brampton Guardian Readers in the 2016 Brampton Guardian Readers Choice Awards.
2017 - CROSSED $2 SALES VOLUME & WON MORE AWARDS
Won Platinum award for being the Best Real Estate Office and Best Real Estate Agent (Raman Dua) by Brampton Guardian Readers in the 2017 Readers Choice Awards.
Crossed the business mark of $2 Billion Sales Volume remaining the top in providing premium real estate services to all our clients.
2018 - LAUNCH OF NEWGEN REALTY EXPERTS
Joined Hands with another real estate tycoon, PK Sabharwal to launch a new brand ‘Newgen Realty Experts’
This year we’ll taking next step in our journey working hard to satisfy our clients to the utmost extent.
